Meet Dr. Janet Varhus, DVM

This is what Dr. Janet has to say about Animal Frequency BalancingTM

I did not really know what this class was about when I started, but someone highly recommended it. It turned into a game changer for me. I already did acupuncture, craniosacral, and low-level laser. This brought all those things together and more. The changes I saw on the first horse I did in class blew me away by how much the horse was able to change with only tuning forks, in a 20 min session. Lori is a very empathic and knowledgeable teacher. She is on the forefront in bringing this work to the horses.

About Dr. Janet Varhus, DVM

Dr. Janet Varhus is a practicing veterinarian who started out in mixed practice in Utah. Once moving to Colorado, she became more focused on equine and small animals. Approximately 25 years ago, she started investigating adjunct therapies. When met with challenging cases, she would dig deeper to find ways to help them. This led her on a journey into acupuncture, Chinese medicine, laser therapy, Ttouch, craniosacral, ozone and, most recently, tuning fork therapy. Today, she combines these modalities in her in-person or distance sessions to help animals. Dr. Varhus currently practices in Colorado and Texas.

Meet Lachlan Hughson

This is what Lachlan has to say about Animal Frequency BalancingTM

Animal Frequency BalancingTM. is a very important therapy for helping animals heal from physical, emotional and spiritual traumas allowing other therapies to be more efficient in the healing process. With respect to horses, it is a wonderful tool to help the horse calm their nervous system. It is also a valuable therapy to help calm a horse when they are triggered by a process, such as Farrier, Dental or Veterinarian. The more we learn about our energetic bodies and their connection to the world around us, the more energetic healing modalities such as AFB will become a "go to" therapy. And Lori's course is the best way to start learning about this, especially with respect to the equine species.

About Lachlan Hughson

Lachlan works with horses as a hoof trimmer, body worker, energy worker and nutritionist. He brings an integrated approach to his work to help the horse rebalance mentally, physically, emotionally, which facilitates a stronger connection to Nature for us all. His connection to, love for, and resonance with horses helps them see him as one of their herd and be more open to the loving-healing energy behind all aspects of his work. Whether it is using equine massage, craniosacral, tuning forks or his nippers/rasp, Lachlan's focus is to help the horse and the species enhance their vitality in today's world and does both in-person work and distance energy sessions. Meet Gene Devine

This is what Gene has to say about Animal Frequency BalancingTM

As my journey in equine and canine bodywork has progressed, I’ve come to appreciate the powerful combination of technique and intention. When I discovered Animal Frequency BalancingTM, it felt like the missing piece, and I was right—100-fold. The healing environment created by tuning forks surpasses what physical tissue manipulation can achieve. Now, tuning forks are the centerpiece of my practice, with other modalities supporting the animals' needs. I am blessed to have Lori as my guide through this amazing world of energetic healing.

About Gene Devine

Having retired as an Army Officer and worked as a Professional Photographer/Instructor, I began my healing work as a barefoot hoof trimmer in 2013. Since then, I’ve trained in canine and equine massage, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, bioenergy analysis and release, and tuning forks, with my list of skills always changing and growing. I'm also an instructor at the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage. I believe that vibrational healing is the future, and I love being at the forefront of this movement by combining these modalities in service to animals. Based in Calhan, Colorado, I have clients throughout the state. I am also available for distance work.

My business is Devine Integrative Equine Therapy, and you can find me at Divine Equine Therapy
